Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the sale of fashion and beauty products by ORBIXNexaura on orbixnexauraai.com to any customer, hereinafter "the Customer".
2. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€), all taxes included. ORBIXNexaura reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price displayed on the site at the time of order shall apply.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once these Terms have been accepted and full payment received. A confirmation email summarizing the order details is sent to the Customer.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Apple Pay, via Stripe. The amount is charged at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer within 12 to 16 business days, regardless of destination. Shipping is free on all orders. Depending on product availability, shipment may originate from a warehouse located outside the European Union; in that case, customs duties or import taxes may apply and remain the Customer's responsibility, in accordance with the regulations of their destination country.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions described in our Return Policy.
7. Warranties
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Liability
ORBIXNexaura shall not be held liable for damages resulting from use of the site that does not comply with these Terms, or from an event of force majeure.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
