Return Policy — 14 days

1. Withdrawal period
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.
2. Return conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Unsealed beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our customer service via the Contact page with your order number. A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email.
4. Refund
The refund is issued to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of our team receiving the returned item.
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are covered by ORBIXNexaura for any return made under the conditions described above.
6. Excluded products
Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, in accordance with applicable regulations.
